Seafoam will aim to dispatch orders the next working day (Mon-Fri).
Please consider that Seafoam is a part-time run business and 
sometimes this aim can not be met.
All orders made on Saturday and on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Please note, our delivery times are estimates and might be delayed due to the current climate. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control.

Customs charges may be incurred once your order arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies & import duties vary from country to country. We can not estimate these charges so if you are unsure, please check with your local customs authorities.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

*To be eligible for a return and due to hygienic reasons your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it, including tags still attached and in original brand packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: The Seafoam Beanies and Headbands are made to order and can therefore not be returned or refunded.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipment

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
Please consider using a tracked service, as the loss of your parcel will be your responsibility, we can not offer you a return or exchange in case of a lost parcel.

Before returning the item, please email us at and include the reason why you would like to return your item and if you would like an exchange (see below) or a refund. We will then inform you of the best way to return your product to us.

If returning from outside of the EU, please state clearly 'Return of Goods' on your customs declaration to avoid further delays and charges.



If you are unhappy about the size of your item, we can exchange it for the same item in another size depending on stock. Please email us at before returning your item, to make sure we have the size you wish in stock.

The fastest way to exchange and secure your new size (we always hold limited stock) is to put through a new order for the new size, then simply return the unwanted size within the 30 days of receipt for refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note we can not refund shipping charges paid, unless the order was cancelled before shipment.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.


PLEASE NOTE: When discount was offered in relation to a minimum purchase or combo offer: if you decide to return an item for refund and consequently your order total would no longer qualify for the discount, you will be charged normal price for items you decide to keep, because of this you will only receive a part-refund for the returned item.
